Order Cancellation Conditions
Orders placed with Auravivian (hereinafter referred to as “we”) can be canceled if they have not been shipped within 48 hours of placement.
Orders that have been shipped or placed more than 48 hours ago cannot be canceled directly. In such cases, you may wait for delivery and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.

Orders in processing cannot be modified after shipment.

If there is any issue with the shipping address or payment, please contact us promptly to avoid delays.

Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the same bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment.

Processing Time: Depending on your bank’s processing speed, refunds are expected to arrive within 1-3 business days.
