  • We deliver across Australia to all states and territories, ensuring coverage in both metropolitan and regional areas.

  • At this time, delivery outside Australia is not supported.

  • Certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times; customers will be informed if their location may cause delays.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders exceeding AUD 170 qualify for free shipping, allowing customers to enjoy added convenience.

  • Orders AUD 170 or below incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 15.99.

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before payment.

Cut-Off Time for Orders

  • Our operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on non-working days are processed starting the next business day.

  • Special handling for high-volume periods or holidays may result in slight processing delays; we will notify customers if applicable.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the processing start date.

  • During processing, your order is carefully inspected to ensure accuracy and quality before shipping.

  • Customers will receive email notifications once the order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Time

  • The total estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping time may vary depending on location, weather, or unforeseen logistic issues.

  • Customers are encouraged to track their order using the provided tracking information for real-time updates.

Shipping Carrier

  • All deliveries are handled by UPS, a reliable logistics partner with nationwide coverage.

  • UPS provides package tracking and insurance options to minimize risk during transit.

  • Customers may contact UPS directly for inquiries once the tracking number is provided.

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information.

  • Customers can visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website, entering their email or phone number and order number to check the current status of their shipment.

  • Tracking information is updated in real time to allow accurate monitoring of your delivery.

Liability Statement

  • Product Damage or Loss: We are not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit by the shipping carrier, but we will assist in filing claims when appropriate.
