  3. Send the item back to the specified return address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item to verify the reported issue. If confirmed, we will arrange the refund immediately.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone to request an exchange, providing order number, payment proof, reason for exchange, and relevant photos or videos.

  2. Our team will review your request promptly. If approved, we will provide a return address and notify you through your contact information.

  3. Send the item back to the specified address and wait for us to receive it.

  4. Once we verify the issue, we will ship the replacement item to your address within 1–3 business days.

Refund Process

  • Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) used for payment.

  • Timeframe: Refunds are expected to arrive within 1–3 business days, depending on your bank. If delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Return Label

  • All approved returns must include a return label provided by us.

  • This label ensures proper tracking and identification of the returned item.

  • Attach the label securely to the package before shipping.

Shipping Fee Rules

  • For returns due to product appearance defects, quality issues, odors, severe color discrepancies, or wrong items delivered, we cover the shipping cost.

  • For returns without specific reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Liability Statement

  • We are not responsible for items damaged during improper packing or shipping by the customer.
