Return And Exchange Eligibility Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not qualify for processing.

The delivery date is determined based on courier tracking confirmation.

To qualify for return or exchange, items must:

  • Include original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Not show signs of intentional damage or misuse.

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Return Request Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email or phone and provide:

  • Order number

  • Proof of payment

  • Detailed reason for the return

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

All requests will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, we will provide detailed return instructions and the designated return address.

Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.

After we receive the returned item, it will undergo inspection. If the reported issue is verified and the product meets return requirements, a refund will be arranged promptly.

Exchange Request Procedure

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, please submit an exchange request using the same process described above.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

After the returned item is received and inspected, and the issue is confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout (such as Visa or MasterCard).

After approval, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The actual arrival time may vary depending on your financial institution.

If the refund has not appeared within the expected period, please first contact your bank. If further assistance is required, our support team will assist you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Labels And Packaging Requirements

For all approved returns, a return shipping label provided by us must be used to ensure accurate tracking and identification.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Properly packaging the item to prevent damage during transit.

  • Clearly attaching the provided return label to the outer packaging.

Returns shipped without the authorized label may experience processing delays.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the return is due to product defects, quality issues, odor, significant color discrepancies, or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the return is requested without a specific reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Shipping cost responsibility will be clearly communicated during the approval process.

Liability And Limitations

Auravivian is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging or handling when the item is returned by the customer.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed for items that meet the eligibility conditions stated in this policy.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not comply with the outlined procedures.
