  • Delivery Scope: We deliver across Australia only. Delivery to other countries is not supported.

  • Shipping Fees: Orders over AUD 170 qualify for free shipping; orders AUD 170 or below incur a flat shipping fee of AUD 15.99.

  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day; orders after 6:00 PM or on non-working days are processed on the next business day.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Shipping Time: Total delivery time is 6–15 business days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Carrier: UPS handles all deliveries.

  • Order Tracking: After placing an order, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier. You can track your order on our website by entering your email or phone number and order number.

  • Receipt Guidelines: Check the package upon delivery, report visible damage, and sign only if the package appears intact.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Period: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

  • Return Conditions: Returns or exchanges are accepted for product defects, quality issues, severe color discrepancies, wrong items, or for other reasons following the shipping fee rules.

  • Return Process:

    3. Ship the item to the specified address.

    4. Upon receipt, we inspect the item; if approved, a refund will be issued.

  • Exchange Process:

    2. We will review your request and provide a return address if approved.

    3. Return the item to the specified address.

    4. After inspection, we will ship the replacement item within 1–3 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are returned to the bank card used for payment (Visa, MasterCard). Refunds are expected within 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Fee Rules: For returns due to product defects or errors, shipping is covered by us; for returns without specific reasons, shipping is covered by the customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours if not yet dispatched.

  • For orders exceeding 48 hours or already shipped, wait for delivery and request a return following the return process.
