  • Shipping Fees: Orders of AUD 170 or below incur AUD 15.99 shipping; orders above AUD 170 enjoy free shipping.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, AEST/AEDT) are processed the same day. Orders after 6:00 PM or on non-working days are processed the next business day.

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping Method & Duration: UPS, estimated delivery 6–15 business days.

  • Order Tracking: After placing an order, customers will receive an email with the order number, payment details, and carrier information. Orders can be tracked on our website by entering your email or phone number and order number.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours: Orders can be canceled immediately; we will process the cancellation.

  • After 48 Hours: We recommend waiting for delivery and then following our returns process for a refund.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 1–3 business days.

  • Return Period: 30 days from receipt.

  • Return Conditions: Product defects, quality issues, odors, severe color differences, wrong items, or returns without a specific reason.
